Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, we immediately begin to process it; as such we are unable to cancel your order.

In accordance with UK Distance selling regulations you have a '7 day cooling off period” from the day after you receive your item(s) where you can cancel your contract with us and any monies debited will be refunded in full.

If we have already shipped the order all monies debited will be refunded in full minus the shipping charges once you have returned the item and we have received the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Can I amend my order?

Once you have placed your order we immediately begin to process it, as such we are unable to amend your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you would like to change your delivery address please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to do this for you, however a change in delivery address may incur additional delivery charges depending upon the delivery address.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will notify you via email with a copy of the tracking number, if the tracking number is not present please contact us and we will forward you the tracking number.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

All orders placed through our site are subject to availability, generally all items showing on our site are available to order, however during busy periods where demand may outweigh the stock we have, we may not be able to fulfil your order. In this instance we will email you at the earliest possible time to inform you that your item is out of stock and any monies debited will be refunded in full.

An item I want is showing out of stock?

If an item you want is showing as out of stock please contact us and we can let you know if we will be receiving more of that item. Alternatively, click the ‘I need it’ button located next to item and you will automatically be sent email notification if and when the item is back in stock.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, orders placed after 3pm are processed the following working day.

When shipping internationally your order may be held by your customs and duties office, the length of time your order is held for is outside of our control, due to this delivery times can vary.

How much are international duties and taxes?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Nepenthe is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your delivery, you are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse a shipment from Nepenthe you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and import fees incurred on the shipment and any additional return shipment fees, the cost of this will be deducted from your item(s) refund. If the amount owed exceeds the amount of the item(s) the shipment will be disregarded and you will not be refunded.
